TIP: It is even better if you slightly freeze the cold noodle broth.
You can add slices of meat, cucumber strips, boiled eggs, etc., according to your preference.
Cooking instructions:
1. Put the noodles in boiling water and cook for about 40-50 seconds while stirring well.
2. Once the noodles are cooked, quickly drain them and rinse them under cold water, then remove excess water and place them in a bowl.
3. Pour the chilled Dongchimi cold noodle broth over the noodles and add the provided mustard to enjoy.
