* In case of hygiene issues (hair, or other foreign substances) or defects in product composition, a 100% refund will be provided. However, please be sure to send a photo or video.
* For refrigerated products, credit/refund can be requested within 48hrs after receiving the product.
* For fruit/vegetable products, credit/refund can be requested within 24hrs after receiving the product.
* For frozen food, credit/refund can be requested within 1 week after receiving the product.
* Refund requests for live seafood are only possible if the seafood is dead when picked up, and refunds are not possible after two days after receiving it.
* It is not possible to request a refund based on subjective taste without a specific reason or due to a simple change of mind.
* If you wish to exchange or return a product, please bring it directly to the Market Van Store, or we will pick it up for a separate shipping fee ($15).
