* Marketvan Order: Every Friday 7 pm - Sunday 10 pm

Please modify/cancel your order through CS (Customer Service) by the order deadline (Sunday, Tuesday) at 10 pm.

Please note that modifications/cancellations are not possible after the order deadline, and refunds will also be difficult.

Return Policy
* Hygiene issues (hair, or other foreign substances) or product defects will receive a 100% refund. Please send a photo or video as well.
* For refrigerated products, credit/refund requests can be made within 48hrs after receiving the product.
* For fruit/vegetable products, credit/refund requests can be made within 24hrs after receiving the product.
* For frozen foods, credit/refund requests can be made within one week after receiving the product.
* Refund requests for Live seafood are only possible if they are dead at pickup, and refunds are not possible after two days of receipt.
* Refund requests based on personal taste without specific reasons or simple change of mind are not allowed.
* If you wish to exchange or return a product, you can bring it directly to the Marketvan store or pay a separate shipping fee ($15) for pickup.
