- Every Monday–Wednesday | 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Delivers Friday evening)
- Every Thursday–Sunday | 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Delivers on Tuesday or Wednesday)

[ Important Notes Regarding Payment ]

- To modify or cancel an order, please contact customer service by 10:00 PM on the order deadline day (Wednesday or Sunday).
- Changes or cancellations are not available after the deadline, and refunds will not be possible beyond that point.

[ Refund & Return Policy ]

✅ Full Refund Available If:
- The product contains foreign substances (e.g., hair, other contaminants)
- There is a clear issue with the product contents (Photo or video evidence is required for processing.)

✅ Refund Request Window by Product Type
- Refrigerated items: Within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Fruits/vegetables: Within 24 hours of receiving the product
- Frozen items: Within 1 week of receiving the product
- Live seafood: Refund available only if the item is dead at pickup (Not eligible for refund after 2 days from receipt)

❌ Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind or personal taste preferences
- Missing photo or video proof when requesting a refund

 


[ Product Exchange & Return ]

- In-person: Return directly to the MarketVan store
- Pickup: We can pick up the item for a $15 round-trip delivery fee
