Return Policy
* In case of hygiene issues (hair, or other foreign substances) or product composition defects, we will refund 100%. However, please be sure to send a photo or video.
* For refrigerated products, credit/refund requests can be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
* For fruit/vegetable products, credit/refund can be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.
* For frozen foods, you can request a credit/refund within 1 week of receiving the product.
* Live seafood refund requests are only possible if the seafood is dead upon pickup, and refunds are not possible after two days from receipt.
* Refunds due to subjective taste without specific reason or simple change of mind are not possible.
* If you wish to exchange or return a product, please bring it directly to the Market Van store, or we will pick it up for you if you pay a separate shipping fee of ($15).
