**Brisket and Soft Tofu Stew**
1 pack of soft tofu (MarketVan)
150g of brisket (Chowon brisket 1/3 pack)
Green onion
1T sesame oil
1T cooking oil
2T fish sauce
2T soy sauce for soup
1 cup of water
1T minced garlic
1.5T red pepper powder
Please wash the green onion well and slice it thinly.
Add 1T sesame oil, 1T cooking oil, and 1T minced garlic (measuring with a spoon) into a pan and sauté over low heat to create garlic oil.
Make sure to keep the heat low so that the garlic does not burn!
Once the garlic has been sautéed to a certain degree, add the brisket.
Now, stir-fry the brisket in the garlic oil.
When the meat is cooked through, add 1.5T of red pepper powder and stir-fry.
(If you like it spicy, add 1.5T; if you don't like it spicy, just add 1T.)
As the garlic oil made from sautéing garlic mixes with the red pepper powder and meat, it creates pepper oil.
Pour in hot water that has been boiled in a kettle until the meat is just submerged. Once it comes to a gentle boil, add the soft tofu.
Place the tofu whole into the stew and cut it into quarters with a spoon.
Add the chopped green onion that you previously sliced.
Now, add 1T each of anchovy sauce and soy sauce for soup to adjust the seasoning.
