**Beef Brisket Soft Tofu Stew**

<Main Ingredients>
1 pack of soft tofu (Market-Ban)
150g beef brisket (Chowon Beef Brisket 1/3 pack)
Green onion

<Seasoning>
1T sesame oil
1T cooking oil
2T fish sauce
2T soy sauce for soup
1 cup water
1T minced garlic
1.5T red pepper powder

Wash the green onion well and chop it finely.
Add 1T sesame oil, 1T cooking oil, and 1T minced garlic (based on a rice spoon) and stir-fry over low heat to extract garlic oil.
Be careful not to burn the garlic by using high heat!

Once the garlic is somewhat stir-fried, add the beef brisket.
Now stir-fry the beef brisket in the garlic oil.
Once the meat is somewhat cooked, add 1.5T of red pepper powder and stir-fry.

(If you like it spicy, add 1.5T; if you don't like it spicy, just add 1T.)
The garlic oil made by stir-frying garlic will create chili oil as the red pepper powder and meat are stir-fried together.

Pour in hot water that you have boiled in a kettle until the meat is slightly submerged. Once it bubbles after adding hot water, add the soft tofu.

Put the soft tofu whole into the stew and cut it into quarters with a spoon.
Add the chopped green onion.
Now add 1T of anchovy sauce and 1T of soy sauce for soup to season it.
