- We provide freshly cut local pork belly vacuum-packed for your convenience.
- Cooking Method : Place the pork belly coated with doenjang on top of onion and green onion. Add whole peppercorns, whole garlic, and bay leaves on top of the meat, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour to complete the moisture-free pork belly.
- Due to the nature of the meat, a weight variation of around 1-3% may occur.
