- We provide fresh local refrigerated pork belly cut and vacuum packed.
- We offer carefully selected pork belly (excess fat removed), and the ribs are hand-boned to keep the meat intact. If you compare it to machine-trimmed side ribs (where the bones and meat are removed at once) or leftover bacon, you might be disappointed.....(ㅜㅜ) The price might be a bit higher, but we won’t compromise on taste and quality!
- Cooking Method : Please place the pork belly coated with doenjang on top of onions and green onions. Add onions and green onions, whole peppercorns, whole garlic,and bay leaves on top of the meat, cover it, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour to complete the moisture-less pork belly stew.
- Due to the nature of the meat, there may be a weight variation of about 1-3%.
