- Fresh local refrigerated pork belly is cut and vacuum packed for you.
- Selected parts of the pork belly are provided. (Excess fat removed), rib bones are hand-deboned to keep the rib meat intact. If you compare it to machine-cut side ribs (where the rib bones and meat are removed together), you might feel disappointed.....(ㅜㅜ) The price may be a bit higher, but we will not compromise on taste and quality!
- Cooking Method: Place the pork belly smeared with soybean paste on top of onions and green onions. Then, add onions, green onions, whole peppercorns, whole garlic, and bay leaves on top of the meat, cover it, and simmer on low heat for 1 hour to complete the moisture-free pork belly dish.
- Due to the nature of the meat, there may be a weight difference of around 1-3%.
