Cooking method:
1. Put the noodles in boiling water and cook for about 40-50 seconds while stirring well.
2. Once the noodles are cooked, quickly remove them and rinse in cold water to cool, then drain and place in a bowl.
3. Pour the chilled dongchimi cold noodle broth and add sliced meat, cucumber strips, boiled egg, and mustard according to your preference.
