[How to Clean Sea Cucumber]
1. Cut off both ends of the sea cucumber.
2. Insert a knife or scissors into the belly side and cut it open.
3. When you cut the body in half, the sea cucumber shrinks and becomes firm. The black substance inside the internal organs can be squeezed out by hand and discarded.
4. The yellow internal organs should be set aside.
5. Rinse the cleaned sea cucumber briefly under running water and slice it.
6. The cleaned sea cucumber can be consumed according to your preference.
