2. Insert a knife or scissors along the belly and cut it open.

3. When you cut the body in half, the sea cucumber shrinks and becomes firm. Push out the black insides by squeezing with your hand.

4. Set aside the yellow innards.

5. Rinse the prepared sea cucumber lightly under running water and slice it.

6. Enjoy the prepared sea cucumber according to your preference.
