Description
Gaebul contains amino acids such as glycine and alanine that provide sweetness, resulting in a delightful sweet and savory taste. Its unique texture, shaped without segments, gives it a truly distinctive chewiness. Gaebul is rich in aprahargic acid, which is great for relieving hangovers, making it an excellent choice as a drinking snack. It’s perfect for use in salads or stir-fry dishes!!
There’s another delicious way to enjoy it besides sashimi.
It's grilling! When lightly grilled, it becomes really sweet. This is one of the popular methods in Japan.
