Precautions
1. Moisture may occur during thawing.
- The moisture that comes out during thawing is due to glazing (ice coating). If there is no ice coating, the surface of the product will dry out and be inedible, so it is normal for a lot of water to come out.

2. There may be small bones.
- Although the fillet of pollock has been cleaned of bones as much as possible, small bones may occasionally remain due to manual processing.
3. Thickness may not be uniform.
- Since the fillets are cut one by one by hand rather than by machine, the thickness and size may not be consistent.
