This cold raw fish soup is a summer delicacy that our staff highly recommends for how delicious it is. With refreshing ice flakes and tangy-sweet broth, just a few pieces of tender, chewy fish will awaken your appetite this summer!
[Cleaning and Cooking Instructions]
1. Please thaw thoroughly before cooking.
2. Wash the seafood thoroughly under running water.
3. Prepare the vegetables by slicing them as thinly as possible. (Carrots, cabbage, cucumbers to your preference)
4. Prepare various seafood to your liking (Blue Bay live abalone, live sea cucumber, live crab recommended!)
5. Place the prepared seafood on top of the vegetables and pour the Blue Bay raw fish soup broth over it. (You can also freeze it in the freezer according to your preference.)
[Storage Instructions]
1. Store various fish at -18°C in the freezer.
2. Avoid refreezing after thawing.
