- CHOWON's Popular Korean Homemade Pork Cutlet
- The pork loin has been changed from U.S. to Canadian meat. (The size has decreased compared to before, changing from a total of 5-6 pieces to 7-8 pieces)
- We carefully prepare the fresh pork loin without freezing. We boldly remove the fat and connective tissue, using only the lean meat. After marinating in a special brine seasoning, it is evenly coated with breadcrumbs.
- You can enjoy it without sauce as it is pre-seasoned.
- Cooking method : Pour enough cooking oil in a pan, and fry it on medium-low heat or, spray with cooking oil and cook it in an air fryer.(at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, flip it for 10 minutes / spraying with oil will enhance the flavor)
- Due to the nature of the meat, a weight difference of about 1-3% may occur.
