Refrigerated/Grill Use
- Delicious fresh rib meat (intercostal meat) that has not been frozen.
- It has been trimmed by removing fascia and fat.
- Properly sized, it is very suitable for lightly grilling in a frying pan.
- Due to the nature of the meat, there may be a weight variation of about 1-3%. Because of the characteristics of the areas attached to the bones, small bone fragments may be left over from the butchering process.
- The intercostal meat (original meat) that is commonly sold in vacuum packs often has a lot of fat, bone fragments, and fascia attached, so
we manually remove each piece beforehand, making it ready for immediate consumption.
