It is local Vancouver fresh pork belly that has never been frozen and is distributed in vacuum packaging.

Since it is aged during the distribution process after vacuum packaging, you can experience a more chewy and savory texture.

Due to the characteristics of local pigs, the fat content in the pork belly is relatively higher compared to Korean pigs. Please consider this when purchasing.

Real chilled meat / Thick cut of about 1.2cm, suitable for grilling (8-9mm fresh pork belly good for grilling is sold as a separate product)
