프리세일로 주문해 주신 상품의 배송 일정과 관련하여 다시 한번 안내드립니다.
알텐바흐 제품은 현재 준비가 완료된 상태이나, 아쉽게도 바첸 제품의 출고가 예상보다 많이 늦어지면서 전체 일정이 계속 지연되고 있습니다. 현재 바첸 제품은 10월 중순경 밴쿠버에 도착할 예정으로 안내받았습니다.
예정보다 일정이 늦어지게 된 점 다시 한번 진심으로 사과드립니다.
모든 제품이 준비되는 대로 프리세일로 주문해 주신 고객님들께 최대한 빠르게 배송해 드리도록 하겠습니다.

We would like to provide you with an update regarding your pre-sale order.
The Altenbach products are ready, but unfortunately, there has been an unexpected delay with the Bachen products as they were shipped later than originally scheduled. We have been informed that the Bachen products are now expected to arrive in Vancouver around mid-October.
We sincerely apologize again for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause.
As soon as all products are ready, we will arrange delivery to customers who placed pre-sale orders as quickly as possible.
